I have a past bankruptcy (4 yrs ago) and I am needing to buy the house I am currently living in. It is owned by my boyfriend and we need to get it out from under him. Does anyone know of any lenders (reputable) that can help me?

Talk to your local banker. If your recent credit is clean and you have kept your account(s) in good order, they may be willing to finance you. Of course, there will need to be a good equity in the property.
Otherwise, it will have to come from someone who loves you.
