first, if they have a green card and not a citizen of the United States the answer is no. You can not bankruptcy anmelden.Plus-even if it was a citizen they said a bad risk for our Wirtschaft.Es would be like if you can ask them to remove SS and not be a citizen. No way Jose ……….
